WinR Hosts Third Fluorescein Conference at ARVO
Annual Meeting 2015
Women in Retina (WinR) hosted a lunchtime Fluorescein Conference at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) Annual Meeting on May 3 in Denver, Colorado. More than 35 attended, including ophthalmologists, ophthalmic researchers, residents, and medical students. Presentations covered animal, laboratory, and clinical research. Everyone enjoyed the lively interchange between presenters and attendees.
WinR Chair Alice Lyon, MD, and Vice Chair Jennifer Lim, MD, opened with a brief history of WinR and an overview of recent activities. The lunchtime meeting is planned to continue as an annual ARVO event.
