Dr. Raúl Vélez-Montoya is a distinguished ophthalmologist specializing in macula and retina care. He is a partner at Mácula Retina Consultores, where he provides cutting-edge treatments for complex retinal conditions. Dr. Vélez-Montoya is also a partner of MARVO (Macula Retina Vitreous Organization) and currently serves as its Treasurer, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the field through collaborative efforts.
Dr. Vélez-Montoya is the current Chair of the Mexican Endophthalmitis Study Group and serves as the Fellowship Coordinator at Asociación para Evitar la Ceguera en México IAP.
