By popular demand, this encore presentation from the 2025 Business of Retina meeting will offer a two-hour overview of retina coding.
This first part of the session will provide an overview of the fundamentals of retina coding in a format that is appropriate for all levels of experience.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to: Choose appropriate E/M or Eye visit codes; gain clarity about retinal surgical and laser procedures and codes in order to select and apply codes properly; identify the modifiers most often used in billing retina procedures.
The second part of the session will provide an overview of what’s new in retina coding. Along with an overview of the new drug treatments, this session will outline other updates impacting retina practices and review some of the challenging retina coding scenarios and the solutions.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to: Implement the 2025 retina coding update; apply coding updates for new retina drug and delivery treatments; review updates on audits impacting retina practice and develop strategies to improve documentation; apply retina coding resources to streamline the processes.
